Safeguarding Our Customers

The team at  Louth Self Storage are committed to ensuring the facility is safe and to putting the health of both our staff and customers first. In order to minimize risk, and in line with Government guidelines, we have put new procedures in place as detailed below. However, we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust any protocols if we deem this to be necessary.

Procedures we have put in place to protect you:

• Staff have been trained on Covid-19 and cleaning protocols
• PPE is available where appropriate
• Clear signage in common areas to facilitate social distancing
• Regular checks will take place on our cleaning procedures
• Hand sanitiser and cleaning wipes will be provided at the entrance and near touchpoints such as trolleys
• Paperwork will be completed digitally wherever possible
• Main doors to storage units will already be open when you arrive

What we ask you to do:

• You must not visit our facility if you show any symptoms of Covid-19
• Remain at least 2 metres from our staff and any other customers during your visit
• Use the PPE we have provided for you (i.e. hand sanitizer and wipes)
• Pay by contactless payments and complete paperwork online
• Now that some restrictions are being eased, more people are requiring access to their units. We ask that you adhere to the social distancing measures in place for your own safety and that of others.
• You must use the hand sanitiser when entering the units and when leaving. Trolleys will be cleaned after each use.
• We welcome your feedback so we can continue to improve our service to customers as we navigate these unusual times.
